Basic Information

Swimming Pool
The pool season is approximately Memorial day to Labor day each year (specific dates are set by the board). Each homeowner should know the following information:
- The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. If you fail to leave the pool by 10 p.m., the door will lock you in and you will have to call and have someone let you out.
- If you do not have a key, you must contact the board member in charge of keys and schedule a time to get one. Please don’t wait until the day the pool opens to get your key. The keys have to be activated, and this takes time.
- If you are new to the neighborhood and the previous owners left their pool key it will not work. You must schedule a time to switch the old one with one that works. Please don’t wait until the day the pool opens to get your key. The keys have to be activated, and this takes time.
- If you have lost your key, you need to get a replacement. Replacement keys cost $20.
- Pool rules are to be followed or it will result in the deactivation of your card. Please review the rules with your family prior to opening day. Pool rules are listed on the website.
- Each homeowner is given their own key, however those homeowners who have not helped pay for the pool by paying their Homeowner Association Dues do not have an active key. While you might feel like you are being rude, please do not use your key to allow other homeowners access to the pool.
- Also remember that no child under that age of 16 should be at the pool by themselves.
Please remember that the pool liners work well under normal conditions but are vulnerable to any sharp object. Please help us to make sure that sharp objects are not in the pool. Sharp objects could include; hard plastic toys, zippers on street clothes, wood flutter boards, any metal objects, rocks, and many other similar objects. Make sure you don’t have these objects in the pool and as a homeowner, you pay for the swimming pool and you can help protect your investment by reminding other homeowners that we want to keep our pool nice. We appreciate your help.
Please remind your children not to throw rocks and to keep the rocks off the playground equipment for their safety and to keep maintenance costs down.
Your help reminding other homeowners and following the rules yourself will keep everyone safe and help keep the maintenance cost of the pools down.
