If you are new to the neighborhood and were left a pool key by the previous owner, that key should not work on the pool gate.  You will need to contact Don Mallonee to sign a copy of the pool rules and obtain a new key.  If you have lost a pool key, you may purchase a replacement for $20.00. 

General Pool Rules – There will be no lifeguard on duty. Persons using the pool and pool area do so at their own risk.  City code requires that “Children 15 & under Shall Not Use Pool without an Adult in Attendance.” (Ord. No. 41-146 § 7).  Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate suspension of pool access for 15 days.  Unattended swimming puts the insurance policy of the Association at risk.

The following shall not be permitted: disorderly conduct, including running and rough-housing; glass items; alcoholic beverages; jeans or cutoffs; pets in the pool area; profane or abusive language and swimming in the pool before or after posted hours.
