When do I need to pay my dues by?
Dues for the year are $250. Invoices are sent out two times a year in the amount of $125, once in early January and once in early July. Payment is due within 30 days. Homeowners who fail to pay by the due date will be assessed a $50 late fee plus interest.

I have misplaced my newsletter. How can I get another one?
The Bradford Homeowners’ Association newsletter is mailed to all homeowners four times a year. The newsletter is the main method used by the Board to share with the homeowners what is going on with the association. You will be able to find the same information on the website.

What is work credit?
In order to keep our area looking nice, work days are scheduled periodically to help clean up and repair common areas. The work credit program will give $30 per eligible household member, maximum of two adults, for a 3 hour pre-determined time frame, defined as a Work Day. Eligible household members can work for a maximum of $120 per household per year. An example is 2 household members work the Spring and Fall Work Days, the Work Day coordinator will consider any combination. The full 3 hours must be completed all in the same Work Day and verified by the Work Day coordinator. Eligible household members must be 16 years of age or older. An eligible household member must accompany children under 16 years of age. The credit will be applied toward your next invoice.

I sold my house. Who does my Title Company need to contact to confirm that I have paid my dues?
