  1. I am installing a fence that is exactly like my neighbors. Do I need an approval?

    Yes. All new fences need to be approved by the Architectural Committee prior to construction. Request forms can be found in the Architectural section on the Bradford web site. Please fill out the form completely.

  2. I want to build a deck or shed in my back yard. Do I need to get it approved?

    Yes. All new decks or sheds need to be approved by the Architectural Committee prior to construction. Request forms can be found in the Architectural section on the Bradford web site. Please fill out the form completely.

  3. My deck is currently unpainted and I want to paint it the same color as my house trim color. Do I need to get that approved?

    Yes. All paint color changes need to be approved by the Architectural Committee prior to painting. Request forms can be found in the Architectural section on the Bradford web site. Please fill out the form completely.

  4. Is there a list of approved paint colors that I have to paint my house?

    You must submit any paint colors to the Architectural committee prior to painting. There are no specific colors that you must choose from. In general, earth tones are suggested.   5. I had storm damage to my roof and I am replacing it. Do I need to get that approved by the architectural committee?

    Yes. Putting on a new roof can change the exterior appearance of your home. You must submit your plans in advance to the architectural committee including your shingle style and color. The architectural committee would prefer to not have to make you replace your new roof, but if you fail to submit plans and shingle colors ahead of time, you are only putting yourself in a bad position.
