Bradford HOA Meeting Minutes
April 11, 2010

Meeting Started: 5:04 p.m.

Those Present: Don Mallonee, Cherryl Cox, Steve Slack, Todd Hawkins, and Jennifer Stiles.  Absent: James Barnes and Mike Welty.

President:

• Discussed the approved trash contract from last month. 
• CHERRYL TO FOLLOW up with Todd and provide key for Superior for pool access.  Future possibility to send bill to Suburban for the return of their pool key.

Secretary: 

• May meeting (2nd), June 20th  

Treasurer:

• Financial report from Jennifer – report format still not corrected. 
• Discussed the taxes being completed on time and who needs to sign the returns]
• Email vote following April meeting: Don made the motion to pay $200 to have BHOA taxes completed, James seconded the motion and the motion passed (6-1).

Collections:

• No reports or update. 

Commons: 

• Todd gave an update regarding fence/timer repair and bill, tree trimming on south lake and tree trimming proposed on north lake. 
• Board talked briefly about the work day and any process needed for painting the fire hydrants in the neighborhood. 
• Briefly discussed using high-schoolers in need of community service hours for tasks around the neighborhood. 
• Cherryl moved to give Todd the option to order a dumpster for work day as needed (Don seconded the motion and all voted in favor 5-0). 
• Discussion regarding what kind of job Superior is actually doing for the HOA. 
• Todd TO FOLLOW UP and contact Suburban about their pool key. 
• WORK DAY SIGNS put up before work day.

Architectural:

• East’s added a new deck that was approved. 
• James is in process of moving and board discussed replacement for arch committee for James. 
• Find out FROM JAMES about checking on pool light pole and if neighbors near pool have been consulted.

Pool:

• Don needs pool keys for May pool opening. 
• CHERRYL TO FOLLOW UP WITH CHAD regarding paint for pool letters and numbers. 
• Liner to be replaced by Aquasizers and taking care of the pool covers as well. 

New Business: 

• Briefly discussed HOA board positions and tasks in general.
