Bradford HOA Meeting Minutes
October 2009

Meeting Started: 3:04 p.m.
Those Present: Mike Welty, James Barnes, Don Mallonee, Cherryl Cox, Steve Slack, and Todd Hawkins.  Rick Gibson absent.

President:

• Cherryl reviewed list of those scheduled for small claims court (Hitchcock and Sergio Mireles).  Waiting and moving forward on those.  Small claims scheduled for Nov. 3rd @ 1:30 p.m
• Not received or heard anything from Veronica Hickman.  .

Secretary: 

• November meeting may be moved to Todd’s house—pending. 
• STEVE WILL FOLLOW UP and have signs made for the annual meeting.

Treasurer:

• Rick late for the meeting.  Some coordination switching accounting services regarding software compatibility and collections follow up.

Collections:

• Mike reviewed payment with Hickman’s that Mike drew up.  Mike made a motion to approve the plan, Don seconded the motion, and it passed unanimously (6-0). 
• Mason family also owed $1157.36 and worked out a payment with Mike.  Mike made motion to approve the plan, Steve seconded, and the motion passed unanimously (6-0).

Commons:

• Todd reported that the tree trimming will be taken care of by Countryside in the near future (Oct. 20th). 
• One neighbor contacted Todd about trimming on the sidewalk leading into the south lake. 
• TODD TO FOLLOW UP regarding the playground tightening. 
• Short fences damage are/will be taken care of. 
• Todd contacted the Bentz family regarding the sprinkler timer and will move forward on that (9402 Ryan).  Todd to contact the homeowner and have the fence moved by the homeowner with a fence company of their choice and BHOA to pay the bill. 
• TODD TO FOLLOW UP with Suburban regarding sprinkler winterization.

Architectural:

• James had no report
• Brief update regarding a drainage issue with one homeowner.

Pool:

• Cherryl took care of the lost and found items for the annual meeting. 
• Don issued one pool key this week.

New Business: 

• Cherryl went over to agenda for the annual meeting tomorrow night and some discussion ensued.
