Bradford HOA Meeting Minutes

May 17, 2009

Those Present:  Rick Gibson, Cherryl Cox, and Steve Slack.  Not present: Don Mallonee, James Barnes, and Mike Welty.

Meeting Started: 3:08 p.m.

President: 

• June, July, and August meeting schedule reviewed. 
• Fish for lakes were ordered, delivered, and paid for.

Secretary: No report.

Treasurer:

• Rick talked about the process of getting a monthly spread sheet update for the financial report. 
• Briefly discussed balances and expenses over the last 2 months. 

Collections: No report.

Commons:

• Talked about potential sprinkler issues in the commons areas. 
• Spoke briefly about edging sidewalks, mowing during rain, and weeds near the lakes. 
• checking and receiving bids for replacing shorter safety fences near the lakes.

Architectural: No report from James. 

Pool Committee:

• Pool opens Friday, May 22nd – other details for summer and pool to be finished this week. 
• CHERRYL TO FOLLOW UP and check with James regarding lights and motion sensors at the pool. 
• send out a pool opening email with a pool rule summary. 
• checking with Don updating status of various pool key cards.

New Business:

• Garage sale signs for new budget (recreation). 
• May also need to purchase additional pool cards in 2010 budget as well (about 70 left). 
• Garage sale schedule for June 4-6, 2009. 
• June board meeting will include a walking tour of the neighborhood. 
• Brief discussion regarding going electronic only with the BHOA newsletter and sending out reminder postcards to residents.
